Have you ever thought about manifesting? When it comes to the best manifesting book, Roxie Nafousi’s offering tops the list. The iconic orange book has been on my shelf for quite some time and has been the guide I needed.

Reading has been an amazing way to unwind and spend some time away from my phone. I’ve committed to reading a different book each month while Azaiah sleeps in the evenings. The Little Bub Book Club will feature recommendations for both mums and bubs.

It felt only right to kick off with one of my favourite reads, Manifest by Roxie Nafousi. I read this book a couple of years ago but recently revisited it to refresh my knowledge of manifesting. This is one of the most powerful books I’ve read and it changed my mindset.

As someone who has sometimes looked at the glass half empty, Roxie’s insight flipped the way I view and approach life’s challenges. The book breaks manifesting down into seven easy-to-follow steps. The ease at which you can digest and understand how to manifest makes this book a great read.

People may have once viewed manifesting as nothing more than a spiritual practice that relies solely on visualising your dreams until they become a reality. Roxie explains that there’s far more to this practice than simply thinking our goals into existence. Some steps need to be taken to work towards reaching our desired place.

Manifest is thought-provoking, it made me think about barriers I may have had that hindered me. One of the steps, removing fear and doubt has been integral in my life and it changed the way I approached one of the other steps, overcoming tests from the universe.

This book encourages self-discovery, healing, self-love and removing barriers to reaching our full potential. I’ve since seen Roxie speak live and she is equally as captivating in real life.

If you’re seeking a book that will help you look inward, dedicate time to creating self-awareness and put self-care first, this is the one for you. As Roxie says, the seven steps in the book aren’t just solely part of manifestation practice, they’re part of life and things we can implement every day.

The book encourages the reader to work towards changing their mindset and to be clear with their goals, it also gives great tools that you can use. Changing my vibration has been key, I’ve found it to be very true that waking up on the wrong side of the bed does affect how the day pans out.

I’ve worked overtime to start my day firstly by practising gratitude along with mindfulness which has been another game changer. Saying positive affirmations has been another tip I’ve taken from Roxie.

I loved the format of this book and this made it an easy read that I can continue to refer back to. Since reading the book, I’ve been using the steps in my everyday life. Admittedly, I do slip back sometimes but we’re all human however, having these valuable steps to hand has been life-changing.

Turning negatives into lessons and being more present and grateful for everything I have in my life have been just some of the great takeaways I’ve had from this book. Roxie’s take on manifesting made me connect with the practice and it’s given me the confidence to believe that I can overcome tests and fear and doubt to achieve my ultimate goals.

Starting this blog is my way of fulfilling and putting things into action. Sure, I will have tests in growing the blog and getting it to the place I want it to be but I have to put the work in and also have the belief that this can be amazing. That’s just one of the ways I have used the steps in my life.

This book is a source of encouragement and hope, I would highly recommend it if you’re seeking a bit of guidance or simply want to learn more about manifestation. I guarantee once you start this book, you won’t be able to put it down.
